Shipping

Order Processing

Orders placed M-F before 3pm PST and Saturday before 12pm PST (noon) will be processed and shipped same day.  Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped next business day.  Excluding holidays.

International

Unfortunately DIYELS is no longer able to ship any products internationally, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Free Shipping

DIYELS proudly offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $75.  Cart subtotal must be greater than or equal to $75 before taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges are added.

Carrier

We ship most packages using the United States Postal Service.  When your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.  DIYELS cannot provide updates on your package whereabouts once it has departed our facility.  If you received a tracking number via email and have questions or concerns about delivery, please contact the carrier.

Shipping Estimates

First Class Mail: 3-7 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
*Note – times estimated above are from the carrier, and do not reflect processing time.  If you order First Class mail at 2pm PST on Saturday, your package will not be processed until the following Monday and you can expect arrival 3-7 business days from Monday.

Damaged Products

If you received a product that is damaged during shipping, you have 7 days from delivery date to contact us.  Any damage claims after 7 days will not be honored.

Delivery Issues

We cannot be held responsible if your package is lost or stolen after delivery is complete. Please make sure you arrange with you delivery drivers a secure place to have your package hidden if you will not be present when the package comes. If your package is delivered to the incorrect address due to user error, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the order. In the case of the later, we will issue a full refund for the products but not the shipping fee.

 

Returns

Liquids

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product and highly subjective taste, we cannot accept returns on any liquid product.  If you believe there is a defect with a liquid you received, please contact us with your concern so it can be investigated.  There is one exception on liquid returns, please see “Incorrect Item Received” below.

Other Products

Customers may return an unopened, unused, and undamaged product (excluding any liquid) for a refund within 14 days of your order.  DIYELS will refund the full product price and taxes (if applicable) at our discretion.  Customers are responsible for original shipping charges as well as shipping charges to return the product.  Customers are responsible for the product until it has reached DIYELS.  If the package is damaged during return shipping, a refund will not be granted.  DIYELS strongly suggests that you purchase insurance on your return mail.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received an item in error on our part, liquids included, please contact us for a return label within 7 days of receiving it.  DIYELS will pay to ship the incorrect product back to our facility.  If you received an incorrect product, AND are missing a product ordered, DIYELS will also pay to ship the correct product to you.  Returned product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged and we must receive it before the correct product will be shipped to you.
